Terri was amazing! She went above and beyond for us in the selling process. We live out of state, so she did everything in our place or virtually. We went on the market in mid-Novemeber 2022 and were under contract by early January 2023. We were priced well and did not have to make adjustments to the listing to receive offers. During the process, she scheduled and managed repairs, cleaning, and utilities for the property. She dealt with our former tenants, property management company, neighbors, and HOA. We were able to close virtually. Everything we needed to review and sign throughout the process was done electronically.
